Refunds & Credits

We want you to love your meals. If there’s an issue with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can make it right.

We may offer:

  • Full or partial refund back to your original payment method

  • Store credit for future orders

  • Replacement meal(s) at no additional cost

Refunds or credits are issued at our sole discretion and may require proof (e.g., photos of damaged packaging or incorrect meals).


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Meals are not stored properly after delivery

  • Orders where the incorrect delivery address was provided

  • Missed deliveries due to the customer not being available within the agreed time window

  • You simply did not enjoy the meal.

Delivery Issues

If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect upon arrival:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue

  2. Contact us within 48 hours
    We’ll investigate and arrange for replacement, credit, or refund.
