Terms & Conditions

We want every meal from Zub Meals to be fresh, delicious, and exactly what you ordered. Here’s the quick rundown of how we work:

Orders & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or changed up to 3 days before your delivery or pickup date.

  • After that, we’ve already started preparing your meals and can’t make changes or offer a refund for that order.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Not happy with your meal? Let us know within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Depending on the situation, we can offer a replacement meal, store credit, or a partial/full refund.

  • We may ask for a quick photo so we can see the issue and improve.

When We Can’t Refund

We can’t refund if:

  • Meals weren’t stored properly after delivery

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect

  • You weren’t available during the agreed delivery window

  • It’s simply a matter of taste preference (though we still want your feedback!)

Food Safety & Allergies

  • All meals should be refrigerated promptly upon arrival.

  • Our kitchen handles common allergens (like nuts, dairy, soy, gluten). While we take care, we can’t guarantee allergen-free meals.
